At Divine Finds by Diane, each item is thoughtfully curated and energetically prepared with care and intention. Due to the nature of our products, we kindly ask that you review our policy below before purchasing.

🌿 All Sales Are Final

For hygiene, safety, and energetic integrity reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Energy sprays & aromatherapy mists

  • Crystals & spiritual tools

  • Intention jewelry

  • Ritual items

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Digital products or spiritual readings

These items cannot be resold once shipped or opened.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we are happy to make it right.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

🚚 Return Shipping

We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.
If a return is approved (rare cases only), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our part.

💳 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days after approval.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
